Fish Lumpia Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo white fish fillet use labahita, lapu-lapu or maya maya, flaked
- 1 medium white onion finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot finely chopped
- 12-15 pieces lumpia wrapper (medium-sized)
- Salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix fish, onion, carrots, leeks, salt and pepper until combined.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the fish mixture in a lumpia wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with water.
- In a medium-sized frying pan, heat oil and fry rolls until golden brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce (optional).
